As a photographer I strongly recommend hiring a professional makeup artist for your headshot session. Remember your image whether in a photo or in real life is a major part of your business. Extra Tips To Ensure A Great Headshot!

  1. Try your clothes on and take a quick pic with a cell phone to get the feel of how the image will look.

    Bonus: Stand in front of a large window while having someone take your photo.

  2. Make sure to iron your shirt/dress/blouse or outfit before your session.

    Bonus: Have a back up outfit incase what you are in is wrinkly or not looking good in camera.
